Programs include Kane 2-1-1, SPARK, Dolly Parton Imagination Library, and Holiday Assistance. Kane 2-1-1 is a free, confidential, 24/7/365 information and referral helpline connecting Kane County individuals and families to available human and social services. SPARK (Strong, Prepared And Ready for Kindergarten) is an early childhood collaboration focusing on educating parents and developmental assessments to ensures all its participants have what they need to prevent developmental delays and promote positive educational experiences. Dolly Parton Imagination Library mails children enrolled in the program a free high-quality, age appropriate book monthly from birth to age five. Holiday Assistance is an annual collaboration with local businesses, community members, and civic groups who are interested in helping their neighbors who are experiencing difficulties meeting the financial burdens of today's world.
