Kelly McDonough, President/CEO: Kelly has been with Earthmover Credit Union for over five years and served in the credit union industry for over 30 years. In her career, Kelly has held leadership positions at multiple credit unions and has been a fierce advocate for members. Her skillful leadership has invaluably strengthened every credit union she has served. 

Janel Cabadas, Executive Vice President: Janel has spent over 20 years at Earthmover, putting her strategic planning and communication skills to good use. A passionate advocate of the credit union movement, Janel enjoys spreading the message about financial wellness to the community. 

Noreen Wilkerson, Vice President of Finance: Noreen is an experienced financial supervisor who has spent over 36 years with Earthmover. Her dedication and skill have helped the credit union become the competitive financial institution it is today. 

Todd Westmoreland, Vice President of Lending & Collections: For nearly 35 years, Todd has been a significant asset to the credit union. His effective leadership has guided the lending and collections departments as they assist our members. 

Amy Hart, Vice President of Member Experience: Amy has been putting Earthmover members first for over 37 years. In addition to ensuring an optimal member experience, she also plays an active role in meeting staff needs. Her passion for providing quality services to our membership has shaped Earthmover into a credit union that prioritizes helping people. 

Matthew J. Meyer, Vice President of IT & Facilities: Matt’s technical skills have been put to good use for over 12 years at the credit union. Matt oversees Earthmover’s IT team and keeps every branch running seamlessly. 

Stephanie Wuethrich, Director of Human Resources: Stephanie has spent over 20 years leading human resource departments at multiple companies and has been with Earthmover for over four years.

Board of Directors

Ron Westphal, Chairperson: Ron has been guiding the credit union as part of our board for over 25 years. A dedicated financial wellness advocate, Ron works in IT management and is an active volunteer in the community. 

Mike Lamonica, Vice Chairperson: Mike's long career in government management has provided him with invaluable skills. He has served on our board for nearly 10 years and volunteers his time with other local organizations. 

Rich Kish, Treasurer/Secretary: Rich is a retired design engineer who has spent nearly 40 years on our board, in addition to having held IT and facilities management positions at the credit union. He has also served on the Aurora Chapter of Credit Unions Board of Directors. 

Leonard Nelson, Supervisory Committee Chairperson: Leonard has been part of our board for 40 years and is a sincere advocate of the credit union mission; helping those in need. He retired from Caterpillar after a long career. 

Maria Manzo, Committee Member: Maria works in community outreach and has positioned her career to help others. She has served on many non-profit boards and has organized fundraisers and volunteer opportunities.

Jill Ferko, Committee Member: Jill is a proponent of the credit union movement and uses her leadership insights to guide the board. She has worked in local government for over 20 years. 

Alex Pope, Committee Member: Alex's career encompasses over 30 years of professional experience in institutional advancement. He has served on countless boards and brings his passion for effective management, fundraising and strategic planning to the Earthmover board. 

Michele Bergeron, Committee Member: Michele joined the board in 2023 and has held management positions at multiple local organizations, including the Oswego Senior and Community Center. She has extensive experience in fundraising, grant writing, public relations and strategic planning. 

Larry Szumski, Committee Member: Larry joined the board in 2024, after previously serving on the Peoples Energy Credit Union Board of Directors. He has worked in the gas and energy field for over 35 years.
